LENGENUITY ALERTS

Providing your cell phone number to Lengenuity provides Lengenuity with consent to send you text messages in conjunction with the services you have requested.

At your option, you may opt in to receiving mobile text message alerts. These are text alerts that provide a secure and easy way to receive information about your loan serviced by Servicing Solutions.

SIGN UP FOR LENGENUITYALERTS

You can sign up for Lengenuity Alerts by texting 43783 to the five-digit U.S. short code 43783.

Lengenuity Text Alerts are optional and is a recurring message program. You may opt out at any time. Consent to receive text messages is not required.

 Cost

Lengenuity will not charge you when you send a text message to the five-digit U.S. short code 43783 or when a response is sent to you. However, please note that message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and wireless plan.

Supported Carriers

This program is supported by Alltel, AT&T, Boost, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile, MetroPCS, T-Mobile and U.S. Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undeliverable messages. Products & services are compatible with AT&T handsets.

Opt Out

If you wish to stop receiving text messages from Lengenuity you may opt out at any time by texting STOP to the five-digit U.S. short code 43783 or by email at 43783. When we receive your request to opt out we will remove your cellular telephone or mobile device number from the text alert system and will send a final confirmation message to you. No further messages will be sent to your cell phone or mobile device unless you choose, in the future, to opt in and request them again.

ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR ALERT PROGRAM

When you enroll in the Lengenuity Alert Program by texting the five-digit U.S. short code 43783, or by any other means, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions provided in this Text Messaging Policy and fully and unconditionally authorize Lengenuity to respond to your mobile device or cell phone, even if your telephone number is listed on any federal, state or corporate do-not-call registry.

Lengenuity alerts are an automated loan alert service for information purposes only. Lengenuity makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to data or information contained in any alert. Do not use text messaging to communicate time-sensitive instructions or official or confidential matters.

You are aware and expressly consent to the use of autodialer or non-autodialer technology to send the text messages described above to the mobile phone number you supply when you opt in. Servicing Solutions, LLC reserves the right to remove or block any mobile number from the service for any rson without notice.

By using this service, you agree that the terms stated herein shall apply to you and are incorporated by reference into any communication, and that any disputes pertaining to this service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of your use of Lengenuity alerts or relating to these terms and conditions may only be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
